A new $1.025 billion dollar media deal has been made to the game of National Rugby Leauge in Australia and New Zealand, giving hope to the Cental Coast Bears Bid.

This deal is seen as a major step towards the progression and future of the game and the Central Coat Bears are positive that expansion is the best way to do this.

Central Coast Bears CEO Greg Florimo stated that " On behalf of all of our members and sponsors, I would like to congratulate the Australian Rugby League Commission, Channel 9 and Foxtel on achieving this successful result." and that "We are excited about the opportunity for expansion during the term of this deal, and will continue to put forward a strong case for the inclusion of the Central Coast Bears into the NRL competition".

It is belived the deal will create more excitement for the game and gain more supporters and fans than ever. The Bears are excited about this development and will continue with their bid.
