A Jeans for Genes Fundraiser, "Glitzy Denim Dinner" is being held this Thursday, 2nd August, at Stillwaters Restaurant at Davistown to raise much needed funds for the Children's Medical Research Institute which also ties in with Jeans for Genes day this Friday, 3rd August.
They have jeans donated from Silver Logie winner Rob Carlton, Queen of Comedy Julia Morris and also signed jeans by famous musicians who have played at Lizottes at Kincumber and all framed by Billabong Framing Studio at Erina.
Rob Carlton's jeans have been exclusively hand painted by local artist Russell Austin and Julia Morris has hand decorated her own jeans all making them exclusive one off designs.
If they don't reach the reserve on the night then an auction will continue on Friday. If anyone would like to place a bid or would like any further info then they can contact Larissa, on 0425 240 453.
This is their first event of this size and we would like to make this an annual event for the Central Coast and would welcome any offers, donations or help for their event for 2013.
