Star 104.5 listener Josh has four kids under 12 and they all LOVE television, video games, and anything that has a battery, buttons and an LED screen!

Josh has banned his children from using any of these for one whole month.

well what an experiment Josh is going through! A whole month without video games and DVD's, how brave!
Well, we've taken a leaf out of his book and reduced the time that the kids are in front of a screen.... we're talking more as a family,... playing board games and it's been great!
Keep it up Josh!
and keep listening to Rod and the Flack for updates on how the 'stunt team' are going.
