Central Coast Kids Day Out Is Back In 2024 & We’ve Got All The Deets

UPDATE TUESDAY, APRIL 30, 2024: Due to the inclement weather expected on Sunday, May 5, 2024. The decision has been made to postpone this fantastic local event. But don’t worry, ‘cause Central Coast Kids Day Out will be happening in 2024.

Central Coast Kids Day Out is back for 2024, and you’re invited!

Happening on a soon-to-be announced date Central Coast Kids Day Out (CCKDO) is an annual event, designed to strengthen and develop functional family units and promote the long term wellbeing of children right across the Central Coast.

CCKDO began on the Central Coast in 1999 and has continued to grow since then with the aim of increasing the effectiveness of prevention and early intervention support available to families raising young children on the Central Coast.

CCKDO 2024 will be one of the biggest events yet, this year’s theme being ‘Shining Brightly’ promoting healthy minds, strong bodies and resilient kid (Image: Supplied)

Narara Valley High School will once again be transformed into an affordable family event, with rides, free activities, shows and a marketplace stacked with local specialists, agencies and services available to help with the wellbeing of families and kids.

There will be plenty of entertainment for all members of the family, starting with everyone’s favourite heelers, Bluey and her sister Bingo will be hitting the stage at Central Coast Kids Day Out for a live interactive experience.

PAW Patrol will also be stopping by Narara Valley High School on Sunday, May 5, with multiple shows across the day day!

There will be plenty of other activations to check out with Enchanted Fairyland Wonderland Central Coast, Fairytale Fantasia, Planet Jassi Show just to name a few!

Looking for a moment of peace? Visit the The Wellness Space with kids and family yoga demos or learn about our spectacular Aussie animals from Australia Walkabout Wildlife Park.

Come along and visit the School Farm with Mabel the beautiful Jersey Cow, plus sheep, baby chicks and plenty fresh produce.

BBMA Black Belt Martial Arts will also be available to give you and your child a taste of valuable team skills available for participation all day long at CCKDO.

There will also be rides for the kids all thanks to the team at Pavier Rides, as well as the chance for parents to explore all the other workshops and stalls and tasty food stands set up to tickle your taste buds.

Entry costs $20 for adults, $10 for kids and a family pass (two adults, two kids) will set you back $45 with tickets now on sale via Eventbrite here.

One entry fee will get you free rides, shows and activities.
