Victoria Beckham will still make MILLIONS from Spice Girls tour despite not taking part

2 min read

I need somebody with a human touch (and millions of dollars).  Earlier this week, it was announced that the Spice Girls would be making a massive comeback in 2019 with six shows across the UK – and it was all going to happen without Posh Spice. Posh Spice is apparently sitting out the tour to focus on fashion and familt, but that doesn’t mean that she’ll be walking away empty handed. The exact amount that she will be paid is yet to be confirmed, but according to reports it’s estimated to be in the millions. You’re probably wondering how she still earn cold hard cash without singing a single ‘zig-a-zig-ah’? Well, according to The Sun, Beckham owns a significant stake in the Spice Girls brand, meaning she’ll take in some serious cash from things like image and music rights. The Sun’s claim was backed up by the fact that Beckham is one of the five directors of Spice Girls Limited; the company that owns the Spice Girls trademark (along with Geri Horner, Emma Bunton, Mel B and Mel C). At the peak of their 90’s fame, the Spice Girls were earning up to $75 million a year, according to Rolling Stone. Reports are estimating that the reunion tour could earn them $80 million.
