It’s 5 o’clock somewhere!

The Honey Pot I The Springs Peats Ridge I Peats Ridge

There’s a lot of bitterness in this world. Whether it be disgruntled co-workers who hate you for having the ‘good’ office chair or drivers who cut you off in peak hour just to get back into the other lane, it sometimes feels like you just can’t escape it. Well, you can add a little sweetness back into life with ‘The Honey Pot’ cocktail at The Springs Peats Ridge! In this bush-inspired cocktail, you’ll find a blend of local Distillery Botanica, fennel-infused local honey, lemon bush tea, and berries picked right from the gardens of The Springs. With something this sweet in your hand, life definitely can’t be sour.

Southside Ricky I Pinocchio’s I Gosford

Pinocchio’s just know how to do Italian food. You would almost think there was an old Italian nonna cooking up a storm in the kitchen and badgering you to get more even though you were full twenty minutes ago. Their knowledge continues into their cocktails – specifically ‘The Southside Ricky’. This cocktail sees Campari, Sailor Jerry’s, Orgeat syrup and lime blended together into a magnificent mixture filled with citrusy hues. This drink has so much Italian flair you can almost hear your nonna screaming at you to finish her special pasta.

Red Berry Daiquiri I The Box on the Water I Ettalong Beach

We’ve got some puns coming your way so you better buckle up! The ‘Red Berry Daiquiri’ is a berry delicious cocktail, and you’ll almost be red in the face that you haven’t tried it before! It’s a delicious blend of white rum, black raspberry and strawberry liqeuer, red berries and lime poured over crushed ice. We’re not lime-ing when we say that this is one delicious drink, and we reckon you’ll be rumming to try it soon! Sometimes it pays to think outside the box – The Box on the Water that is!

Espresso Martini I Breakers Country Club I Wamberal

Everyone knows the food pyramid like the back of their hand – lots of veggies, boring meats and blah, blah, blah. But did you know there’s actually a second food pyramid? It’s called the Fun Pyramid and there are three food groups – coffee, booze, and chocolate. Get all three essential foods in one delicious hit with the ‘Espresso Martini’ at Breakers Country Club. Mouth-watering premium drip coffee is expertly blended with vodka and chocolate to create a delicious melody on the tongue. That’s our kind of diet!

The Habibi I Motel Mezza I Wyong

Motel Mezza has just opened, and man – did they open with a bang. Not only have they crafted an international menu that will excite the senses, but they’re already shaking up the cocktail scene with international inspirations! Just recently they’ve added ‘The Habibi’ to their extensive cocktail menu. Disaronno, tequila, lime and maraschino cherries are all mixed together to create this delicious drink. Just one sip of this, and you might be tempted to cancel that around the world flight because this cocktail will take you on an international journey all by itself!

Pornstar Martini I The Lucky Bee I Frankies Rooftop I Woy Woy

Look, there’s a lot of jokes we could make about the name of this martini – and we mean a LOT of jokes – but we’re trying to be family friendly here. So, let’s try to be mature, okay? Now, you can find the ‘Pornstar Martini’ at The Lucky Bee in the trendy Frankies Rooftop in Woy Woy. It’s a delicious and creative blend of vanilla vodka, passionfruit liqueur, passionfruit puree, and vanilla bean sugar that is served with a tasty side of prosecco. Phew, got through that one without getting an MA15+ rating on this article.

Activated Margarita I The Coast Bar and Restaurant I Gosford

Don’t panic – the ‘Activated Margarita’ has nothing to do with being active. You can put those never-worn gym tights down, and wipe that panicked look off your face. The ‘Activated Margarita’ gets its name from the activated charcoal salt rim that wraps around the glass of this tequila, agave lime and anise blend. It’s the perfect drink to enjoy in the warm weather as you watch the sun go down over the water… all while thinking about that workout you’ll probably never do!

Bell Birds ı Kendall’s Cocktail Bar I Central Coast Leagues Club I Gosford

Birds are divisive animals. Some see them as beautiful, majestic creatures who soar above the clouds. Others see them as loud, cawing demons who steal things out of the bin and wake you up early on Sunday mornings. However, there is one bird that everyone can agree on – the ‘Bell Birds’ cocktail at Kendall’s! With a blend of saffron gin, hibiscus syrup, elderflower and lime, this cocktail will have you chirping, singing, and maybe even flying!
