If you’ve spent a little time overseas, you’ll know just how crazy the KitKat flavours can get. Hell, in Japan you can easily pick up Green Tea and Wasabi KitKat’s!
Here in Australia, we don’t get such a wide range of flavours – that is, until now!
In a world first, Australia will be one of the first countries to try a new KitKat flavour!
Nestle is releasing a limited edition flavour called KitKat GOLD, which contains the classic wafers covered in a golden white, caramelised chocolate. It reminds us a little of a chocolate that was released a few months ago that people went crazy for (COUGH, Caramilk, COUGH).
And get this – you can try this new flavour for free! However, it will only be available in Sydney and Melbourne for one day only!
But don’t stress if you miss out – Nestle’s Head of Marketing assures us that if people love KitKat GOLD it will become a permanent fixture on supermarket shelves. In fact, it’s already listed on the Woolworths website!
If you’re keen to try one out, you can head to Sydney on August 30th or Melbourne on September 3rd!
