Bad news for Milo lovers

1 min read

Not our precious Milo!

Aussie’s everywhere are horrified by this news.

Nestle, the creator of Milo, is removing Milo’s 4.5 Health Star Rating after health and wellness experts criticised the brand for apparently “tricking” us Milo lovers into believing that the drink is healthy.

In order for Milo to meet up to its 4.5 star rating, we should only be using three teaspoons of Milo combined with 250ml of skim milk.

We’re getting flashbacks to filling our glasses with 70% milo and 30% milk – the way Milo SHOULD be made.

According to public health experts and consumer group Choice, Milo should receive a measly 1.5 Health Star Rating.

We don’t know about you, be it won’t stop us pouring half a tin of Milo onto our ice-cream.
