Controversy erupts as Barbie’s last name is revealed…
I was one of those kids who was obsessed with Barbie.
But at no point during my play time did I ever concern myself with her surname.
I just accepted that she was like any Disney Princess – no surname.
Like Princess Jasmine or Ariel or Pocahontas – you just don’t really think about the logistics.
So you can imagine my surprise when Barbie tweeted a picture on “National Siblings Day” of her and her sisters, with the caption, “Happy siblings day, from the Roberts sisters!”
Um, exqueeze me?!
ROBERTS?!
As you can imagine, the internet is losing its mind after the nonchalant post revealing Barbie’s surname is indeed ROBERTS.
