Let’s get fit!
The Skillion and Terrigal Haven
Known as ‘natures largest gym’, Terrigal Haven is a literal haven for runners. Meanwhile, the Skillion might be known for its stunning views of Terrigal and beyond, but it’s also known for something else – gruelling workouts. Head to The Skillion at 7am any morning to see the most dedicated (and sweatiest) runners pushing their fitness to the limit on The Skillion Stairs. Do you dare to join them?

Gosford Waterfront
For some people, running is relaxing. We wish we could be that kind of person. Our normal running routine is a stressful experience filled with sweat, chafe and tangled earphones. To calm us down just a little, we like to have some relaxing scenery – and the beautiful, rippling water of the Gosford waterfront keeps the stress away.

Tuggerah Lakes Cycleway
Although it’s called a cycleway, the track around Tuggerah Lakes is for all kinds of fitness. The flat paths and changing scenery is perfect for long distance runs. Plus, it’s great for beginners who aren’t quite ready for the hills. If you get tired, you can always borrow a bike and ride back to your car!

Ettalong Esplanade
Say goodbye to pumping out a 5k on the treadmill and say hello to running on a track with one of the prettiest views on the Coast. No longer will you have to worry about sweaty machines or packed gym classes – the only thing you have to worry about is getting too distracted by the view and running into a pole.
