Wanna buy a house for under $40,000?
While most of us are left mouths-a-gaping when we pick up the real estate section of the newspaper, in some areas of NSW, house prices are barely hitting $40,000.
In the NSW suburb of Brewarrina, the median house price is just $35,000 – the cheapest in not only NSW by also Australia.
Brewarrina is tiny town with a population of around 1150 people located 96km east of Bourke in north-west NSW. It known for its ancient Aboriginal fish traps and very hot summers.
