Has anyone heard them say it?
It’s known as the happiest place on earth, for children and for adults.
However, employees have opened the lid on what it’s like to work in the world of Minnie, Mickey and more.
It may be a magical place, but it is definitely a strict place.
According to The Sun, the Disney actors are not allowed to say this three worded sentence under any circumstances:
“I don’t know.”
A former employee spoke to Popsugar about the odd rule:
“If a guest asks you a question, you always have to have an answer, no exceptions.
“If you don’t know it, find out, but don’t say you don’t know.
“If it’s a silly question, make up a silly answer.”
Lucky actor’s are good at thinking on the feet.
They would have to have a lot of clever responses for the questions kids like to ask:
“If a child asks you what Tinker Bell eats before her flight across the Magic Kingdom during the fireworks, you better come up with an answer quickly. Answer: very tiny apples.”
There are things employees are allowed to do like hand out hotel upgrades to guests as a random act of kindness!!!
Note to self, always be super friendly at Disneyland. Although we imagine it would be pretty hard not to.
