Has someone got a paper bag?
This has got to be one of the most disgusting things we have seen today.
To think the thing we carry around all day everyday has this much bacteria is truly repulsive.
We are around bacteria all day everyday, door knobs, desks, toilets, and our phones.
Tech Insider did an experiment on 19 different phones to find out just how contaminated our phones are from on the front and back, totalling 38 different samples.
In the end, all but four were found to be contaminated with bacteria.
Tech Insider discovered that 75 per cent of the individuals said they used their phone “in the bathroom all the time”.
This is when it gets worse…
Four of the samples had bacteria associated with stool or feces, 17 had bacillus which is ‘environmental contamination’, three had ‘MTSA’ and ‘MSSA’.
Dr. Susan Whittier does what to assure us that they were only samples from one office but it definitely supports the fact that we should be cleaning our phone.
And maybe just go to the bathroom without your phone, surely we can leave it on our desk for a few minutes.
