Grab some gloves, a spade, and get ready to get your garden on, because a community gardening pop-up is returning to Erina Fair this August!
Celebrating all things environmentally friendly and sustainable, The Patch is a community garden pop-up will see a green oasis filled with native plants appear in the Centre Court for two unbe-leaf-ible weeks!
Created as a partnership between Sustainable Education, Star104.5, Mitre 10 and Erina Fair, the pop-up will be home to 24 tree-rific free workshops as well as free gardening advice and live shows from much-loved kids gardening character dirtgirl!
Get down and dirty with free workshops on organic gardening, chemical free living, seed saving, keeping backyard chickens, composting, bee keeping and so much more!
While you’re all gloved up from the workshops, pop in for a chat with the gardening experts from Kincumber Mitre 10 who will be on site every day for free gardening advice!
It all kicks off on Saturday 24th August with a performance by kids entertainers dirtgirl and scrapboy from the ABC Kids television show Get Grubby TV, along with a meet and greet for some very special boys and girls!
