Tour farms, buy fresh produce straight from the farm, and pick-your-own fruit!
Mark the dates in your calendar and fuel up your car, because the Harvest Festival is returning to the Central Coast this June long weekend!
The two-day festival, now in its second year, celebrates the beautiful Central Coast hinterlands – an area often forgotten by many Coasties that is home to plenty of beautiful farms, great businesses, and delicious food and produce.
At the festival, visitors will be able to follow an event trail that will guide them through six different sections of the hinterlands. The trail stretches from Calga, out to Kulnura and back into Jilliby, and has 30+ awesome activities to take part in.
Some highlights of the festival include:
- Bush Tucker Tours at the Australian Walkabout Wildlife Park
- Glenworth Grazing Food and Wine Festival at Glenworth Valley
- Pick Your Own Pecans at The Pecan Lady in Somersby
- Gliding experiences with Central Coast Soaring Club
- Farm tours at Mountain Goat Trails, Grace Springs Farm, East Coast Juice, The Food Farm, Valley’s End Farm, and Full Circle Farms
- Pick Your Own Oranges at East Coast Juice
- Edible Flower Workshop at the Yarramalong School Community Centre
You can check out all the events here.
Take a look at all the fun from last year!
There will be a free shuttle bus service operating across the day, running every thirty minutes and taking visitors to all of the awesome activities on the map!
