Who knew?
Ever had a pair of jeans with a zip that would just not stay up? Most of us would think that the jeans were simply faulty or the zip has reached the end of its life.
Well, the fault might not be with the zip – it might be with us.
You see, as it turns out, you need to “lock” your zip to prevent it from unzipping of its own accord. For a zip to lock, it needs to be in the downward position.
Zips are created with a small pin that locks into the teeth of the zipper when placed flat.
Don’t believe us? Try it for yourself!
