Let’s get creative!
Kids art classes will be kicking off at Gosford Regional Gallery on Monday 22nd October with two awesome eight-week courses on offer!
These classes will not only give kids the chance to expand their creativity, but give parents the opportunity to have a break from scrubbing those pesky paint stains from the carpet.
The two courses allow younger children to learn basic techniques in a fun way while the older kids can hone their developing skills in an relaxed environment.
The ‘Emerging Art-itudes’ course is designed for kids under fourteen years, and gives them a fun introduction to materials, techniques and styles. This course runs every Tuesday afternoon from 4:00pm to 5:30pm starting on 23rd October.
For the older kids, ‘Art Mechanics’ is a great class that allows them to extend their artistic skills and creative processes. These classes are designed for the nine to fifteen age group, and aim to teach young artists basic fundamentals by working with different materials and engaging in different studio practices. This course will kick off on 22nd October, and is help every Monday
