This 200m tall falls begins at the head of Ellenbourough Gorge, a rock formation located in the Greater Taree Area. There are plenty of platforms to view the falls from the top of the gorge, but to really take in the stunning sight you must take the short walk to the bottom where you can not only take in the view, but also swim in the pools!

Wallaman Falls, QLD

Wallaman Falls is the highest, permanent, single-drop waterfall in all of Australia with a height of 545 metres! Photos don’t do the falls justice as they cannot accurately capture just how tall and grand the cascade is.
