No one likes to fold a fitted sheet. There’s only one thing more painful than folding a fitted sheet and that’s stepping on a Lego.
However, you might think different when you see how this US mum folds her sheets.
Terri Metz filmed a hilarious sheet-folding tutorial where she runs everyone through a step-by-step method for tackling the most dreaded of all the sheets.
The mother starts the video by explaining that she’s just got her sheets out of the dryer, and she has to fold them – an activity she absolutely DREADS!
“But I know everybody does, so today I’m going to show you the easiest way ever to fold a fitted sheet,” she continues.
“What you want to do is you take your sheet and lay it down on the ground like that, just like that.”
“Then you want to put one leg in that side, one leg in that side, and then you’re going to want to sit down.
“And then you want to hook an arm in this one and an arm in this one,” Terri explains.
It’s obvious that whomever is filiming finds it just as funny as us because they can’t stop laughing.
“So then what you’re going to do next is lay your body down. And you may be happy to lay down because you’re already wore out at this point because folding sheets is nonsense.”
She then rolls over and cocoons herself into the sheet, before popping her head from the top to continue the tutorial.
Terri then tucks one corner inside the other above her head, and releases on leg at a time.
“What you do now is just genius. Slowly take out a leg, and then you slowly take out another leg and gingerly roll your body out,” she instructs.
o finish off the sheet folding tutorial, she gets up and folds it over twice. ‘Bingo, baby!” she exclaims.
We can’t stop laughing!
