Your Property Investment Australia reported that a whopping 39% of homebuyers focus on outdoor areas such as patios, courtyards and pooling areas. Kitchens and bathrooms still rated highly on with 15% of home buyers prioritising these rooms.
In this market, homebuyers are looking for a space where they are able to live the Aussie lifestyle; a space where they can BBQ, swim and relax without having to leave their property.
In fact, according to the same research, 16% of homebuyers are specifically looking for a backyard that they can use to create lasting memories.
