The team is set to come to the Coast next week!
You’ve binge-watched the show, you’ve dreamed over the revamped houses, and now it’s coming to the Central Coast! Yes – Selling Houses Australia is coming to the Central Coast!
The team from the much-loved Foxtel Lifestyle show is set to land on the Central Coast within the next week to renovate and rejuvenate a home in Empire Bay.
Shaynna Blaze, Charlie Albone and Andrew Winter will be taking on a 1980’s style property that that has been on the market for over nine months. The property is currently listed for $890,000 – $70,000 less than its original asking price of $960,000.
The home promises picturesque views over Umina and is set on an acreage with three-bedrooms, an open-plan living area, and a rear deck equipped with a pizza oven.
It is definitely a fixer-upper with hopes the revamp done by Blaze, Alboneand and Winter will see the house finally sold, and possibly at a higher price for the current owners, the Gilbert Family.
This is the third house the Selling Houses Australia team have worked on with the trio previously renovating a home in Bensville last year along with a house in Bateau Bay back in 2015.
The upcoming Central Coast house renovation is set to be a part of the shows 13th series which is yet to receive a confirmed release date.
