It makes like three other items redundant.
Before we get into the good stuff, let’s get one thing straight: we bloody love Kmart.
Like, SUPER love Kmart – even if they are getting rid of DVDs and CDs.
Which is why we jumped when we heard the latest product Kmart shoppers were going nuts.
“Finally got my hands on the Rubber Broom with Squeegee and the results speak for itself!” a member of Kmart Mums Australia shared to Facebook recently.
“This is our theatre room carpet which is very thick. This broom has picked up more than our vacuum and the carpet looks amazing!! Would recommend it a thousand times over.”
And she wasn’t alone.
“Wait until you use it to scrub the bathroom floor… it is quicker and better than any mop,” another chimed in.
“It is great for cleaning the outside of your windows too, wet, soapy clean with the bristled then squeegee off with a blade.”
“It is amazing if you have pets,” exclaimed another.
Having a squiz at the product, it’s pretty easy to see why everyone’s going nuts:
It’s essentially a mop, broom, vacuum cleaner and window washer all in one.
Instead of a plain ol’ bristle brush, the broom has squeegee strip sitting above rubber bristles, helping get hair, fur and dirt off surfaces like a regular push paddle could only dream.
Social media users also claim the broom works on couches and bedding, giving vacuum cleaners a run for their money.
