Target Australia has issued an urgent recall for a children’s toy guitar which has been sold at its Australian stores and online for the last four years.
The Young Ones Light and Sound Guitar has been pulled from the shelves after a choking risk to small children was identified, specifically, that a small part of the product could detach.
“At Target Australia, the safety of our customers and their children is our highest priority,” Target said in a statement.
“These products were available for purchase between July 2014 and September 2018. We recommend you stop using the product and return the product to a Target or Target Country store as soon as possible, where our team members will provide you with a full refund.”
“A receipt is not required to obtain a refund.”
