The outage has since been resolved.
Telstra customers expressed their frustration after their online services experienced a major outage on Wednesday.
The outage affected a number of features including access to Telstra.com, MyAccount, Online Billing, the Telstra 24/7 app, Telstra Customer Webmail, and some Telstra Wholesale apps.
According to customers, they were even unable to access the webpage that shows network and service outages.
Frustrated customers took to Twitter to vent their frustration, as they were unable to access documents on Telstra’s cloud services or pay their bills.
The outage has since been resolved with all services back online within 24 hours.
Despite the quick resolve, many customers are seeing this outage as part of a larger problem, and the telco has been hit with multiple outages within the last 12 months.
