Jack and the Beanstalk ǀ Friday 15th and Saturday 16th June

Central Coast Art Society 2018 Winter Exhibition ǀ Friday 15th, Saturday 26th and Sunday 17th June

Open daily from 10am to 4pm, this amazing exhibition shows a diverse range of paintings, handcrafted jewellery, and cards. The official opening will be helf on Friday 15th June from 6pm and will feature a special performance by an ensemble of flautists from the Central Coast Conservatorium of Music. Surf, Sand and Cars At Lakes Beach Café ǀ Saturday 16th June

Kidney Health Australia’s Kidney Kar Rally raises funds to support children and families affected by kidney disease. On Saturday 16th June 2018, Lakes Beach Café are holding a ‘Surf, Sand and Cars’ event encouraging people to get their cars out of the garage, enjoy a coffee whilst raising funds for ‘Team Tardis’ who are taking place in the Kidney Kar Rally for Kidney Health Australia’s ‘Kidney Kids Camps’. This event runs every 3rd Saturday of the month.

Parkrun ǀ Saturday 16th June

The Parkrun is a fun way to keep fit and make some new friends! Held in two locations around the Central Coast (The Entrance and Mt Penang), the Parkrun is 5km run held at 7am for all of the community to enjoy. It’s completely free – you just have to register! 

 

Umina Beach Markets ǀ Sunday 17th June

Held on the 3rd Sunday of every month, the Umina Beach Markets offer up over 90 stalls with something for everyone. Located at the beautiful Peninsula Recreational Precinct near the surf club, there’s also a great range of cruelty free and plant based products. The markets are on from 9am to 2pm, and you can find more info here.

 

Toukley Markets ǀ Sunday 17th June

Running for 30 years, the Toukley Markets are held every Sunday from 7am – 1pm at the Coles car park in Yarralla St. The next market is coming up this Sunday, and will have over 70 different stalls with plenty to offer including craft, pet products, tools, food and much more!

Getting Hitched Expo ǀ Sunday 17th June

Calling all brides, grooms and maids of honour! The Getting Hitched Weeding Expo is coming to town. The event, held from 10am at Mingara Recreation Club, the expo brings together industry specialists to showcase the best and newest wedding trends. It’s only a gold coin to enter, with all proceeds going back to the community. Find out more here.

 

Coastal Country Sounds Band ǀ Sunday 17th June

On the 3rd Sunday of every month, the Central Coast Country Music Association Inc presents the Coast Country Sounds Band at Toukley Golf Club. Held from 12:30pm to 4pm, it’s a fabulous and relaxing event for a lazy Sunday. Find out more here.

 

Rally for Remedy ǀ Saturday 16th June

Rally for Remedy is a good old-fashioned car rally combined with the fun of a treasure hunt! Starting at Erina Fair, teams of up to five people will travel to 10 check points around the Central Coast and complete challenges to earn clues! It’s a fantastic event for family and friends, and all the funds go towards the Cancer Council and their goal of a cancer-free future. Find out more here.

 

Forever White Market Day ǀ Sunday 17th June

This awesome market day will help your pay less for your dress! Held from 10am to 2:30pm at the Tumbi Community Hall, you can either come as a seller or a buyer! If you want to sell, you will need to be pre-listed and pay a fee of $10.  Find out more here.
