So, we went shopping last night for the first time at Woolworths since the plastic bag ban. After grabbing everything we need (and a whole bunch of stuff we probably didn’t but it was on special), we got to the checkout and realised – oh, damn – we’ve forgotten our bags.
Sure, we could have bought bags, but we’re stubborn. After we attempted to stuff chocolate bars into our back pockets and a tub of Greek yoghurt into our handbag, we thought ‘there must be a better way’.
Well, this $5 Kmart hack could solve all out problems. Ashleigh Hair posted a photo of her hack to the Kmart Mums Australia Facebook page – and boy, did it go viral!
The mum keeps a $5 flexible tub in her boot, so that she has something to use if she forgets her bags!
