Say goodbye to Ooshies. Say hello to Discovery Garden.
The Ooshie craze is still sweeping the nation, however Woolworths has revealed the next collectable range that will be taking over from the wildly popular Lion King figurines.
The supermarket has announced the next series of collectables will be called Discovery Garden and will give shoppers the opportunity to earn free seeds when then spend over $40 in store.
The range is aimed at getting children interested in gardening and growing their own fresh food.
“Woolworths is excited to confirm that we will be launching Woolworths Discovery Garden in September, a new collectable designed to give Australian’s of all ages the opportunity to grow their very own fresh food,” a Woolworths spokesperson stated.
The promotion is based off the successful ‘Little Garden’ collectable range which saw shoppers in New Zealand and South Africa collect 24 different seedlings.
In this version of the promotion, collectables included seedlings for herbs, fruit, vegetables and flowers, along with rare and in-demand seed collectables.
The details about which seeds will be available in Discovery Garden are yet to be confirmed, but further information is expected to be revealed in the coming weeks.
The promotion is set to hit stores in September.
